Introduction and Mission:
"The U.S. United Young Musician International Piano Competition" is well-known as one of the regular sophisticated music
activities sponsored by United Association of American Musicians throughout United States. It is held every three years, and
has been aimed on recognizing and promoting the musical growth of promising young musicians by creating cultural diverse for
them to learn from each other. Since its inception, the competition has bonded thousands of finest young piano participants all
over the world in which some of whom are internationally renowned young pianists.
United Piano Competition Rule
1. Age Division:
Division A: 7-9 Division B: 10-12 Division C: 13-15 Division D: 16-18 Division E: 19-21
2. Repertoires Requirement:
A. Classic/Romance Category B. American Music Category C. National Folk Music Category
3. Time Limit:
Division A: 5 minutes Division B: 7 minutes Division C&D: 8 minuets Division E: 10 minuets,
4. The prizes include First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth Places and Excellent Performance of each age division.
5. Applications and Registration:
To guarantee your acceptance, you should complete your registration by submitting a completed application form with the
payment of the registration fee (non-fundable): $100 for each category, mail application to:

6. All works must be performed from memory.
7. Competitors must be ready and willing to perform at any time assigned by the competition committee.
8. All decisions made by the competition jury are final.
9. Scholarships: a very limited number of scholarships are available. Priority is given to those showing exceptional quality
who have received accolades for their performing skills in the past.
10. Note: Please arrive at the appointed location at least 15 minuets before your performing time. You are required to
provide any documentation of age, which may include a driver’s license, birth certificate, or passport at registration desk.
